1. how about our product quality?
   The product from our company all AAA quality
2. how do us pack goods before ship out?
   a .package them in the box, inside another box
   b. package them in that protective wrap outside the box,and send the boxes flat
3. how to solve the problem when buyers get wrong shoes?
   For mistake,if we send wrong shoes to our buyer, pls take a pic for wrong goods
   and send by email to us,we will pay $5 per pair for them by next order.

4. How to solve the problem if buyer fails to get the goods:

Any way,pls save the receipt paper when you get your parcel,if you able,pls weight up

 the parcel weight,if you find parcel got damage,pls take a pic for it.

 

Firstly, if buyer does not pay insuranceand encounters the above mentioned incident,

 

our company has rules as bellows:

 

* if goods lost in China, we would take full responsibility and resend the items

 

 * if goods lost in buyer's country, we would be responsible for buyer's 50% loss,

 

 

that is if the buyers ordered 4 pairs, we would resend 2 pairs for free at next order for instance.

 

By the way, if goods were held by the importer’s customs, we would be responsible for

 

the loss until 20 days after the day when the goods handed over to the customs

 

* For following cases, the customers would have to be responsible for the loss by himself:

 

a, buyer fills in wrong info on order form, thus causing the parcels failed to be successfully delivered

 

 

b, the customs of the buyer's country ask for tax , but the buyer does not pay in time

 

 

c, buyer doesn’t accept parcel when it arrives at the buyer’s door.

 

 

And thus if parcel was sent back to us, we will resend again under the buyer’s request,

 

but the buyer needs to pay for the shipping fee

 

 

Secondly, buyer pays 10% of total payment additionally as shipping insurance but failed to

 

receive products, then we would take full responsibility and resend the items

6. We can’t accept the order whose total price is below $40.

7. submitte order through our website. It is very easy and helpful for work each other

8. we check our website and storage then update the site everyday. If you can't order

   some products on our site that means they aren't in stock.

9. we will mark all the tracking number in the corresponding order in 2 days after
